David Baker has over 35 years experience in the international business development and project management which includes leading numerous start-ups. While Senior Director for International Development at CHUM Television International, and Sr. VP International Development for Alliance Atlantis, Mr. Baker was responsible for financial planning and project management for multiple roll-outs of television networks and specialty channels in the US, Europe, the UK, Scandinavia and South America.

Passionate about renewable energy, and with vast experience in capital intensive start-up companies, Mr. Baker was invited to preside over Dao Power Canada in January 2008. In January 2010, DaoPower acquired Renaissance Power. David is now President and CEO of the combined entity, Dao Renaissance Energy.
